Ranged Weapons

Generally any weapon in Distant Lands can be used in a ranged attack. You
must first wield the weapon and if it launches a projectile you must ready
it. Then typically you aim the weapon and either throw or shoot it. If your
target is crouching you will find them more difficult to hit.
