Accuracy

In order to use this skill successfully you must use the aim
command. It allows the precise placement of ranged weapons
which are thrown or shot into the victim so as to administer
an instantaneous death. Since there is always a margin for failure,
even the most accurate are not successful 100% of the time. It is
important to learn as much as you can about all of the different
accuracy skills as they compound each other.
