Stunning Blow

This passive monk skill will temporarilly stun an opponent so that they
are unable to do anything for a few prompts. The results of this do not cause
a caster to lose their spell for the round but will keep them from casting a
spell if they should try to after they're hit with the stunning blow. This is
a passive skill and requires you to be fighting bare-handed.
