Sleep Song

When successfully sung, this song will put the target to sleep for a
limited amount of time. If the song is unsuccessfully sung it can cause
certain creatures to become angry and aggressive. If the target of a
successful sleep song is attacked or aggrevated, it may be enough for
the target to break free of the song.
