Second Wind

This spell, when cast will restore movement points if they are needed.
Second wind and refresh are similar spells. Second Wind is a bit more
powerful than refresh at higher levels. Second wind can be cast upon
any character in the same room as the caster. This spell's effectiveness
is impacted by Arcane Focus.
