Psionic Fear

Utilize this skill to cause fear in an opponent. This power, when
successfully utilized, will cause the opponent to flee from the room.
Generally, this skill will improve some along with primary class
level. In order to cause fear in a target opponent utilize the
following command:

> psionic fear <target>
