Psionic Calm

Utilize this skill to calm an opponent. This power, when successfully
utilized, will enable the user to calm an otherwise aggressive creature.
The power lasts an undetermined amount of time and can be used upon
any character in the same room. Generally, this skill will improve some
along with primary class level. In order to calm a target opponent
utilize the following command:

> psionic calm <target>
