Moon Elves

This subrace of elves are the most noble and reclusive of the elves.
They are withdrawn due to what they see as the corrupting influence
of the outside world. Independence is the greatest value among their
people. Because of their reverence for the sanctity of elven blood,
they have striven to maintain their original ideals. These elves have
the most extensive libraries in the world; most of them believe that
knowledge is the greatest power.

Statistics:             +2 Intelligence, +1 Dexterity, -2 Constitution

                        Cavalier, Monk, Ranger
