Fix

The fix command can only be used inside a blacksmith shop. Many items
can be fixed by the blacksmith (for a nominal fee) using this command.
If there is nothing wrong with the item, the blacksmith will not charge
you for his services.

> fix dagger

Araya the blacksmith carefully inspects a dagger.
Araya the blacksmith disappears toward the back of the room for a moment.
Araya the blacksmith tells you, 'That will be 1 gold coins.  Thanks!'
