Cast

Cast is the command used by spell casters to start their spells. The
spell itself must be started with a ' and ended with '. Below is an
example, notice spell names can be abbreviated.

> cast 'shield' me
You begin muttering under your breath.
You make an odd gesture.
>
You feel more protected.

> ca 'str' Jerran
You begin muttering under your breath.
You make an odd gesture.
Jerran appears to be stronger!
