Blitzkrieg
When using this spell, the caster calls upon arcane magics that
enable them to hurl two damaging lightning bolts at their foe.
When a hit is scored the target's gear must save versus lightning
or be burned. This spell's effectiveness is impacted by Arcane Focus.
