I have been hanging around the fountain, and i was surprised seeing one of the people claiming he could reduce his encumbrance to 0% from whatever only by playing with a magical container.

A few later, and after some giggling, he/she said the encumbrance has become 0%.

I highly doubt this is a wanted behaviour, isn't ?

Anyway, if any implementor want to know the ritual followed just let me know, i'll pm it.

Ps: i start thinking that no wonder now none was struggling with the encumbrance, naah bad thought, i shall clear my mind.
