Some of you may already know what I'm about to post, but I know the vast majority of you don't. But anyway...

As most of you know, my house was annihilated by hurricane Katrina. My parents want to rebuild the house (in the same spot...), which I'm against, but I can understand and respect their motives. Being as how I am living with them, I'll be moving back to Saint Bernard to help in the reconstruction.

So what does this mean as far as me and DL? Well, it means I won't be around NEARLY as much as I have been lately. Right now I have all the time in the world and a cable internet connection. I won't even be able to get dial up internet out there, and satellite internet is out of the question as it's way too expensive for us.

But there is good news (and no I didn't switch to Geico).

Even though I won't have a connection to the outside world, I can still work on the code for DL from my laptop, which I -am- taking with me. That means that when I'm done with everything, I can go to a friend's house (who from there would be 45 minutes away) and upload it. I'm over there almost every weekend anyway

All of this is going to happen sometime between today and the 18th of February, so within the next few weeks. We're just waiting on the FEMA trailer to be installed in our front yard, which my parents went to finalize everything for that today.

I'm already trying to find out how to get cable internet at the trailer we'll be living in because the hookups already exist inside of it

Just wanted to let everyone know so they're not like "Where did he go?! Don't tell me he vanished AGAIN!"
