I play quite a few different classes and the other day I made myself a ranger. It's a great class, fairly strong, but as I was looking more closely at the available spells I noticed something odd - they get Refresh 20 levels AFTER Summon Rain.

A little redundant? Useless even? I'd like to suggest that refresh be moved to an earlier level ahead of summon rain. Would provide greater benefits to the class.
