Every character that reaches 450 should be able to compete in a monthly (quarterly?) arena that decides the one true God. Maybe give them a special title like, God Almighty. Also, make small changes to Turien based upon the winning God's alignment. So, say for instance an evil aligned God won the God arena, then maybe a few non-aggro demons or devils could run around Turien. Maybe if a good aligned God won then angels could roam Turien.

Give the winning God a unique invoke that he/she can bestow upon their follower(s).

Possibilities are endless.
