So it's been discussed before many many times, but i think we should really put some opinions on this as I havn't seen any word about it on the forums.

I believe druids and rangers should have the ability to mend or repair organic items.
It just makes so much sense? Rangers/Druids are in tune with nature, they should have some sort of ability to "regrow" damaged organic items. Anybody see any pitfalls why this wouldn't make sense RP wise? Maybe mend life, or regrowth, any ideas for a name for the skill or any issues it might bring up?

Hmm. Just how many organic items are out there?

The only one I can think of offhand is a thin layer of extra muscle, for which I might recommend the skill "Massage Therapy" ;)

Perhaps the skill "rejuvenate"?

It might not be a bad idea to have an organic fixing skill, but you may want to extend that skill to clerics, whom are healers, afterall. Not to say that class isn't powerful enough already, but perhaps from an RP standpoint, it would work.

On the other hand, There probably should be items that cannot be repaired, because they're priceless. Frankly, if an item is organic, it should have a finite lifespan. I don't believe anything in the game is blessed with immortality, except for staffers!

There are plenty of organic items around, most made of plant material. I think this is a great idea, and it makes perfect sense for both of these classes to get it. Clerics are more deity-based rather than nature based, so I don't see how they would fall into it RP wise.

If it's easy to implement, I'd love to see added!

Druids I could see getting mend organic. Rangers can already fix enough and druids tend to be more items made of organic that work only for them. Just as with fixing anything, you have to hold an item with the ability to fix.

A hammer for metals, an orb for magic, why not bark of a tree for organic. A sapling tree. To make this more rp, the
item used to fix organic could only have one use. It would make sense because you're adding it to the organic material or the
item to hold it all together. Only problem with that is the flesh item, can't add vines and trees to it because it's flesh. I'd say
items made from flesh shouldn't be repairable unless staff wants to make a flesh organic repair item. That's kinda gross.
