I just wanted to say goodbye to everyone in a public manner. I am leaving Distant Lands after being around for the last 20 years. Unfortunately, DL was my fantasy escape from a rather dismal rl, but my fantasy escape has become less fantasy and more dismal of late. I feel its time to move on before I just vanish into the shadows again.
So, I'll keep it short... Goodbye! I've enjoyed playing such a fine game with you all for such a long time is testament of the foundation that DL was built on.
