Deep in the Arnili Haven

Here is an intersection of two heavily traveled paths. Casting a green and humid shade, large mangrove trees are littered in the marsh around the paths, some bloated as wide as a small house. To the west a narrowing path winds through plants that jut out of the ground, with the distance only a blur. To the north and east, a towering mountain range closes the valley. An extravagant stronghold rests on one of the peaks, with a waterfall that bellows from under one of the walls.

Along an Overgrown Pathway

The heavy vegetation lining the sides of this winding pathway buzzes
with life as a myriad small insects flit through the dense foliage. Rising
upwards through the verdant growth, the twisted and gnarled trunks of
ancient mangrove trees stretch up greedily towards the life giving warmth
of the sun. Roughly hacked, with little regard to the plant life or to
ease of use, the overgrown path winds its way steadily westwards, deeper
into the heart of the forest.

In the foothills

Standing around four feet tall, torrents of pale yellow grass ripples through this region of foothills. Jutting out of the sea of grass are slabs of granite, and other types of exotic rocks, which must have fallen and rolled miles from the menacing peaks in the distance. Thick roots have started to vein their way up some of the rocks, leaving many rocks crushed.

Alongside a Mountain Range
The outskirts of the Arnili Haven are visible directly to the southwest corridor of the shaded lands below the mangrove trees. The ridge of the mountain is a steep nearly impassable vertical climb littered with many loose rocks. No nearby pathways remain visible upon these slopes. A dark magnificent stronghold is visible above several more northeastern passes tower triumphantly over any other region in the mountains. By the looks of it this stronghold is a structure of god like craftsmanship, ever invisibly pulsating a wave of uncertainty and cautiousness. The northwestern skies remain heavily fogged just several cliques overcastted by a deep red light.

Above the Waterfall’s Cesspool
The waters below are of a bright blue inviting color. As for the cesspool it connects to five different channels each channeling deep into the distance of the Arnili Haven. Little can be heard except the sound of the waterfall cascading steadily from above quite some distance. The waterfall itself spans a distance of some seventy-nine yards in width camouflaging the rocky vertical climb among to rocks to the stronghold above which looms with uncertainty.

Away From The Waterfall
The lake below appears to be an oasis within the well covered hillsides of the haven below woven with many pathways. Nearby mountain ledges expand along the southern side of the waterfall which if accidentally collided with just briefly would cause a catastrophic affects. The dark stronghold lies above atop the highest peak in all the ranges. Another range across the haven can be seen in the northwestern skies which appear hazed by a fog or some mist dangles above in the air veiling a dark peak illuminated with a burning red light.

Devil's Hole

Cascades of crystalline water explode onto this pristine lagoon. A brilliant blue engulfs the greater part of the lagoon, the waterfall digging a deep trench. Small mangrove trees are spread scarcely about the ivory colored beach, some many feet deep. Leading around a massive rock at the south shore are several menacing footprints, which disappear into the forest.

Aside a Cascading Waterfall

Tremendous amounts of water team down the side of the cliff here, almost intoxicating in sight. Massive layers of water flow with the force of gravity down below into the nearby rocky basin. The cliff itself rises quite a ways up above and the cesspool below is just as equally distant. Nothing of the terrain remains to offer relief for suspension in this mid-air causeway, only the waterfall ahead which would only ensure the coercion of being stripped down into the great below.
