After much anticipation, I finally have found some time and patience to watch the movie The Departed. I was expecting it to be a decent movie, considering some of the actors and actresses who play in it (Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson, Mark Wahlberg, Martin Sheen, Vera Farmiga, and Alec Baldwin.) It was everything and more. Martin Scorsese did an amazing job at building up the suspense throughout the movie, leaving me me speechless by the end of the movie. Lots of twists and turns, and a pretty darn good plot, leads this Irish mafia movie to one of my favorites.

I would give this a 9.5 out of 10.
