Having just reached lvl 150 Paladin, I now have the skill 'sewing'. Wonderful. No more bugging warriors/rangers to sew for me.

Odd thing is, I can sew my own robe and glowing red cloak, yet I cannot sew my black and silver cloak.
All the items are made of cloth. When I try to repair my black and silver cloak I get the message "What would you like to repair that with?"

I could see this if the item was leather or hide, but cloth is cloth. If I can sew cloth why not this particular piece?

(P.S.; Maybe there should be a forum topic for bugs, I didn't know where to put this)

It's a weird little glitch that happens with certain items, generally when you have other things that you are wearing, and/or carrying, that have the same keyword(s).

Try fixing this by reversing the command.

repair cloak needle
repair needle cloak

Give that a whirl.

Ok, I can try that. Or, it may just be I need to practice it up a bit, or because the item has magical qualities.
I'll update this if I can figure it out.

I find that usually not all the keywords work either, sometimes I'm even required to remove the item if there is a duplicate for some of my repairs.

But I'm pretty sure Jorlain summed it up, just gotta play with the syntax.

Ok, well, I can finally sew my black and silver cloak.

Not sure if it's because I tried a different keyword (black instead of cloak) or because the skill has been practiced up, but I'm happy.
