Upgraded dl client issue

I'm having a problem making a new account on the new server. I downloaded the upgraded dl2 client and chose awaking jumpstart, but when I select create new account the client just keeps freezing.

Can't connect at all right now. I'm assuming they're moving everything over to the new server?

We ARE having connection issues at the moment, please bear with us while we work out the connection bug...

It appears to be associated with account creation, so those of us that had accounts already, couldn't see it.

We're getting there shortly... if we can't get it solved soon, we'll go back to Classic.

One thing at a time please! (Sooo much going on... that's part of why I hesitate to keep running the old version.)

I just posted a new version of the DL2-Client 1.14 that should resolve the new account creation issue.

I just posted version 1.15 and I've got a report of it working.

Please download http://www.dl2.net/files/DL2-Client.exe

For the server select "Awakening 1 (JUMPSTART!)" and hit create new account.

I can't even run the client, my computer stops it and deletes it because it is carrying a virus with it? So I mean that is where my problems begin. No client at all.

The client doesn't have a virus in it. Your anti-virus software is mis-reading it.
