I've added a small bit of code that allows admins to post an announcement message on the main page of the forums. This is visible to everyone and can be turned on and off and changed at any time by any admin (currently Nezmar, Amaessara, Myrrima and myself.)

This will help us to announce things to everyone without having to post a new thread in any of the forums.

Nominations on the awards for September will end tomorrow, 9/30/08 and voting will begin in the morning of 10/1/08 when I create the polls. Make sure to get your nominations in! The voting will last for one week.
