I've updated the forum to the latest code available, which none of you will probably ever see the changes made

I've also updated the forum with something you CAN see. If you notice within the top-right row of icons is a new one: Medals.

I've implemented a system for medal/award nomination and awarding. It's a pretty simple system that allows users to be awarded medals for different achievements. There will be more added (what ones do you guys want to see?) and I'll make announcments when they are. I figure we can hold the voting in the forums so that way we can have a wide array of nominees for each one and they can be voted on and tallied here. I'll be making a new forum just for these awards and within it will be a sticky post containing the rules and such for nominating someone for each of the different medals.

I just wanted to make something so players and staff alike can be publicly rewarded for everything they do. Hopefully this goes over as well as I think it will
