If you've created a forum account, but did not receive the activation email, check your bulk/spam/junk mail folder as it might have gotten misdirected. Adding dl2.net to the safe list (white list, whatever your program or you call it) may also alleviate this issue. This all depends if your ISP filters email before you get it, though they operate on blacklists I would imagine.

If you have any issues at all with account activation or really any general questions, comments, suggestions or contributions to/for the website, feel free to send them to web@dl2.net :)

Seems kinda weird to put in the first reply to a topic I started, but whatever - this topic needed to be bumped.

I've made a slight change to the registration process. It will still take you through the usage agreement and such, but I've added something to the notification message after you finish registering. There is now an additional message stating that if you have account activation issues to please notify web@dl2.net for assistance. Some people may not be getting the messages due to spam blocking (or if their inbox is as bad as my dad's, it's lost amongst 5,000,000 other messages) or even mail server issues.

Hopefully people will actually *READ* the message after registration so they will know what to do if they don't receive an activation key via email.
