Sorry about any connectivity problems, they are not on your end, I've been working with our provider all day trying to get them resolved.

I told them about our 'intermittent packet loss' and they did some testing and broke everything. Typical provider. I'm really sorry, I'm doing everything I can to get this fixed.

Because of the length of the outage we've endured, I've gone ahead and temporarily moved us back to the old connection. Sorry for any inconvenience.
