Power Points

Power points are used to determine your arcane spell casting ability.
It is usually displayed current/maximum. When you cast arcane spells
you will lose some of your current power points. Items and a few other
things can affect your maximum and regeneration of power points. You
can view your current and maximum power points by using the attributes
command.
