Use

Use is the command that enable you to properly use wands, staves, and
other items that contain magical powers. You must have the item you are
trying to use equiped (it cannot be in your inventory) and the item must
have charges remaining in it.

> use wand me       (This would usually only be done to aid yourself.)

> use wand servant  (This is usually used to harm a mob you are fighting.)

> use staff         (Staves are usually area affect so this would affect
                     all mobs in the room.)
