Track

This useful skill is available to practically everyone but is primarilly
used by hunters (rangers). When used, you can track a specific target up to
the exact spot where it is, following the trail that leads closest to
them. Be aware that some areas may not allow you to successfully track
someone because of the terrain or other factors. There may be a paved road
and you can't get footprints, for example.
