Tall Fellow Halflings

A taller breed of halfling, the Tall Fellow breed are quite similar to
their Hairfoot cousins in the ways of life. They have burrow homes and
cottages, but generally in the wooded areas, near friendly elven tribes.
The Tall Fellow relish in the more sophisticated entertainment, such as
music, song, dance, and art. Many are artists and writers, some even
being considered scholars of a field.

Statistics:             +1 Dexterity, +1 Luck, -1 Strength

Class List:             Warrior, Thief, Druid, Bard

Innate Abilities:       Bonus to Armor Class
