Summon Fire

This spell, upon completion, will spark a fire within its victim,
burning them from the inside. This spell causes a varied amount of
damage and is reflective upon the level of experience the caster has.
It may be cast upon anyone in the same room as the caster and has the
potential to burn equipment that the victim possesses. This spell's
effectiveness is impacted by Natural Focus.
