Steal

This skill is also called 'pickpocketing' as it entails theft of an item
from someone's person. This skill increases with levels of experience and,
no matter how well or experienced you are, there is always room for
failure. If you fail the pickpocket, the person you are trying to steal
from will know and may attack you. YOU MUST READ HELP PLAYER THIEVING
TO GET AN IDEA OF HOW TO LEGALLY STEAL FROM OTHER PLAYER CHARACTERS.
