Spears

Spears are one of the earliest weapons. They consist of a shaft of about five
to six feet in length and normally have a metal or stone tip at one end. Some
tips are just the wood shaft sharpened at one end and sometimes strengthened  
by charring it in fire. The spear is made to cause piercing damage. The spear
is a lightweight weapon and is also favored amongst hunters.
