Levitation

If you are affect by the levitation then you can use the command levitate
to begin levitating after you've been standing, resting, or in any other
position.

 Levitation Spell

The caster can use this spell to enable himself or someone else to levitate.
The duration of the spell varies each time it is cast. Levitating will save
the person affected by it movement points during travel in most cases.
Levitation can be cast upon any character in the same room as the caster.
