Flaming Dart

Calls up a small bit of fire and forms it into a dart which streaks
off to hit its unfortunate target. It is handy both to send small
animals scurrying for cover and to provide onlookers with a small
fireworks display. Flaming dart can be cast upon any character in
the same room as the caster. This spell's effectiveness is impacted
by Arcane Focus.
