Encumbrance

Encumbrance is your overall burden from the weight and volume
of everything you are carrying and wearing.  If your encumbrance
percentage gets too high, it will begin to slow you down in combat,
make you fumble while casting some spells, and generally hinder
your movement (and perhaps a few other things).
