Detect Magic

When cast the spell will allow the caster to detect magical items. When
looking at them, at someone wearing them, or when they are in the same
room, magical items will have a conspicous blue glow. The spell is not
permanent and wears off several game hours after it has been cast.
Detect magic cannot be cast upon other characters.
