Codify

The codify skill can be used periodically with a partner to establish
battle strategy and tactics. Once these plans are mutually codified,
when partners are in combat against the same foe, they will receive a
bonus hitroll and damroll for some period of time. This bonus is equal
to their partner's hitroll and damroll, however it is worth noting that
it is not reflected in the attributes command. The recovery period
is shortened based upon higher natural strength, intelligence, wisdom,
dexterity, constitution, charisma and luck.
