Character File Purging Policy

Periodically (during each reboot), old character item files are deleted.

Character item file purging happens during reboots, the following rules are
applied at that time:

Any character that has not been logged into the game for 30 or more days
prior to the reboot time has all items deleted.

Please note that this policy can and does change. This help file contains
the most recent information.
